There are many reasons investors use private lenders or so called “hard money” for their projects.

Among these reasons are: property condition, vacancies, poor credit, environmental, insufficient equity and/or property type. Traditional commercial lending is cumbersome and time consuming with no guarantee of successfully obtaining credit. We are committed to provide closings in as little as one week’s time.

Our Loans are secured by the value of the real estate pledged as collateral. We lend in the following states:

Loans are only made to legal entities such as corporations, LLC’s etc.
