Our Loans are secured by the value of the real estate pledged as collateral. We lend in the following states:

We only lend for commercial purposes. We do not finance owner occupied primary homes.

Loans are only made to legal entities such as corporations, LLC’s etc.

This can be handled as part of the closing.
